CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCCU) — The Champaign County Nursing Home has a new owner and a new name after several months of delays.
The facility was sold Monday to University Rehab Real Estate for a final price of $11 million.
There were $1,340,000 in credits made to the buyer.
This was negotiated as adjustments against the final sale price.
The nursing home will be renamed to the University Rehabilitation Center of C-U.
