Champaign County Nursing Home Purchased for $11M

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCCU) — The Champaign County Nursing Home has a new owner and a new name after several months of delays. The facility was sold Monday to University Rehab Real Estate for a final price of $11 million. There were $1,340,000 in credits made to the buyer.
